BRGs are employee-led networks with a mission to champion participation and support inclusion, professional development, recruitment and retention of FactSetters.

Our BRGs embody our ‘Always Inclusive’ value and are a crucial component of FactSet's Inclusion and Belonging strategy supporting a culture where FactSetters can be themselves at work and feel empowered to join in, be heard, contribute, and grow.
