Business Resource Groups (BRGs)

BRGs are employee-led networks with a mission to champion participation and support inclusion, professional development, recruitment and retention of FactSetters. While BRGs focus on a specific dimension of diversity, they are guided by our core values and are open to all employees, regardless of their cultural backgrounds, sexual orientation, or origin. 

Our BRGs are a crucial component of FactSet's DE&I strategy as they help create an inclusive culture where FactSetters can be themselves at work and feel empowered to join in, be heard, contribute, and grow.
